Terms of Service

1. Service. BrandingPulse provides custom logo and brand-identity design with first concepts delivered within 48 hours of a complete brief.

2. Revisions. Starter includes 2 revision rounds; Professional includes unlimited rounds for 7 days; Premium includes unlimited rounds for 14 days plus priority support.

3. Refunds. If you are unhappy with the first concepts, request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunded orders grant no license to use the concepts.

4. Ownership. Full ownership of the final approved artwork transfers to you upon final delivery (and completed payment), including vector source files.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to request designs that infringe third-party trademarks or contain unlawful content.
